酒莊介紹


Musella是經過認證的生物動力精品酒莊,位於瓦爾波利切拉(Valpolicella),坐落在16世紀的鄉村庭院中。Musella酒莊也是“Amarone家族”的一部分,該協會匯集了傳統以Amarone生產而聞名的莊園,例如Allegrini,Masi,Tommasi等.


3個葡萄園 Monte del Drago,Perlar和Palazzina的總面積約為30公頃,周圍有400公頃的自然保護區,可以保護生物動力農業的完整性。被土紅色陶土覆蓋的’’tuffeau’’石灰岩土壤在該地區非常獨特,為葡萄酒增添了優雅和復雜感。

Harvest: From late August to mid-September.

Winemaking technique: The grapes chosen and collected in boxes are arranged in a special ventilated room to be dried according to the famous withering process. Grapes lose at least 35% of their

original weight thus concentrating sugars, aromatic components and noble tannins. In January, the soft pressing takes place fermentation starts at low temperature(13th – 17th); the long maceration allows the maximum extraction of the fruit. The wine remains for 24 months in oak tonneau French and in barrels of larger sizes (700, 1500 and 3500 litres); After bottling, remains to refine at least one year before be delivered.

VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE RIPASSO DOC

Ripasso 酒又稱做「酒王Amarone的小老弟」及 「平民的小酒王」美名. Ripasso是將釀造 Valpolicella 的新鮮原酒和酒王Amarone 果皮混合後,再進行第二次發酵; 於法國橡木桶陳釀至少1年,其酒體帶著酒王Amarone的美麗飽滿身影。陳年潛力達15~20年

Tasting notes: Ruby red colour. Freshness and integrity of fruit give character to this medium bodied wine, pleasant and with an elegant dried flowers aftertaste. 紅寶石色澤, 新鮮的櫻桃等紅色莓果,賦予這款中等酒體的葡萄酒特色,令人愉悅,並帶有優雅的花香。
